Training

 

The NHMF has established the need for training in the field of social housing maintenance. Whether it be in contract management or repairs ordering there has been a shortage of courses available to maintenance staff. The NHMF has therefore decided to work with other organisations to identify and promote suitable training courses.

The National Housing Federation has started delivering maintenance courses which we support. www.housing.org.uk

The Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Institute of Housing are currently working together to develop a range of maintenance courses.
