Dr Peter Rickaby is a Director of the UK Centre for Moisture in Buildings at UCL. He spent 37 years as an energy consultant in the building and housing industries. Peter sat on the Implementation Board for the Each Home Counts review, chairs the BSI's Retrofit Standards Task Group, and was Technical Author of PAS 2035 Retrofitting Dwellings for Improved Energy Efficiency: Specification and Guidance.
