Mervyn Jones is Director of Portfolio Management at Savills. He has over 30 years experience of managing affordable housing, to CEO level. He currently advises on asset management strategy and stock rationalisation. He is project managing the preparation of the NHF’s Guides to Repairs and Maintenance and Asset Management, and the CIH’s recent policy work on flexibility in asset management.
