Alison Mathias has been the Housing Corporation’s Policy Adviser on asset management since 2004. Her brief includes the environmental sustainability of existing stock and the Decent Homes policy. She has over 20 years experience in social housing development and management including Development Director for a housing association as well as work with local authorities, incorporating regeneration and stock transfer work.
