Nick Marsh

Nick has 15 years experience of both housing development and maintenance as a surveyor, team leader and manager. Having undertaken extensive recruitment and delivered training to technical and surveying staff, he became acutely aware of a prevalent skills shortage compounded by a qualification system which was unable to deliver sector requirements. Following an appointment at the CIOB as Education Manager in 2004, Nick developed proposals for housing maintenance qualifications designed to meet occupational requirements. Nick has since returned to the industry as Maintenance Manager for the L&Q Group.
