Tim Rayner

Cream whip, City of Edinburgh Council

Tim completed his post graduate diploma in Architectural Conservation 1978 and joined City of Edinburgh Council in 1988 as a Building Surveyor after a spell in private practice. He undertook contracts in repair on all types of properties from crematoria, sporting facilities, theatre and public parks. He has conducted extensive work enforcing repairs on private property from the mundane to whole facade replacement on listed buildings. Currently Tim is working on a major project to become aware of the condition of all property within the City, following a death from falling masonry.
