Stand invoice is: £1,425.00 + VAT
25% deposit will be invoiced now and the remainder balance invoiced in September 2024.
A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of the order form.
You will receive confirmation of your booking form via email, until you have received the email confirmation the booking processing is not complete.
Cancellation fees will be charged at the following rates:
Holding stand deposit is non-refundable: 25%
Up to three months before the conference start date (Monday 20 January 2025): 25%
Up to two months before the conference start date (Monday 20 January 2025): 50%
Within one month of the conference start date (Monday 20 January 2025): 100%
In the unlikely case of the cancellation of this by M3, M3 shall be entitled to retain or receive on account of working expenses, 20 percent of the fee paid or contracted to be paid by the exhibitor or sponsor. The balance shall be repaid by the organiser of the conference to the exhibitor or sponsor.
Exhibition or conference cancellation
If for any reason the event cannot be opened and held at the site on the dates specified, M3 may at its discretion:
Postpone the opening of the event until such a date as in the circumstances of the case appear to them to be reasonable
Obtain such alternative premises as in their opinion are suitable and hold the exhibition on the date originally specified
Declare the event cancelled.
By submitting the booking form, you agree that M3 will need to hold and process the personal data submitted for the purpose of this booking.
