Delegates booking to attend the conference from Monday night are invited to join us in the Pavillion Room for Welcome Drinks at 18.00. The annual NHMF AGM takes place from 18.30 to 19.30 which is open to everyone. A buffet supper will be served from 19.30 to 21.00 followed by our after dinner entertainer, Spencer Lynch. This is a good opportunity to meet the NHMF Committee and other conference delegates. The dress code for Monday night is informal. (Tuesday night is more formal dress.) We look forward to seeing you.
Monday night check in — the hotel only guarantees availability of the bedroom from 17:00. There may be some available earlier. Check in at the hotel reception desk.
Free parking is available at the Hilton Hotel car park. Please collect your pre-paid exit ticket from the NHMF registration desk before you leave the conference. Car parking is subject to availability and overflow parking will be available in the NEC car parks.
