Most landlords are familiar with the demands of consulting leaseholders contained in section 20 Landlord & Tenant Act 1985. However, even if a landlord complies this does not mean landlords are free from challenge. In this workshop we look at how leaseholders can challenge landlords, especially on the reasonableness of service charges, and consider what landlords can do to best protect themselves from those challenges proving successful.
