2B Adapting to change and service approach in the 21st Century

A real life example of adapting to change using online services to reduce relet periods. We will look at the changing culture and approach for Social Landlords when it comes to letting their properties. This will include an overview of the Choice Based Lettings system used in Merseyside, and look at how the use of different online property marketing services means there is a need to adapt processes and procedures to meet this new challenge. This session will raise questions about our approach to the service we offer, and the possible housing environment and cultural issues that we may need to address to prosper in the 21st Century.
