2F NHF Schedule of Rates contract documents- updated for the 21st century moo

The NHF Schedule of Rates is recognised as the "industry standard" schedule of rates for housing repairs and maintenance contracts. However, it has been some time since the contract documents were last updated. In this session the authors of the new contract documents will give an insight into how and why the contract conditions and other documents have been comprehensively revised and modernised. The session will cover:

·         When and why should the NHF SoR be used and why is there is now no need to use a different contract form with the Schedule;

·         What is the drafting approach, layout and style of the new documents - and how do they all fit together;

·         What work types can the contract be used for and how is work ordered under it;

·         What do the contract conditions say about contract administration, staff, CRB and ISA checks, TUPE, confidentiality, data protection, subcontracting etc
