3D DLO performance; profit or service – changing board opinions

This session will engage delegates in a debate about achieving board level buy in to a new approach to managing the performance of an in-house DLO team.  As a relative newcomer to the social housing sector David will share his initial observations of his repairs service and describe the factors that have enabled changing the direction for his team from “contractor” to “service delivery team.
