1E Communicating with residents

Good communication with residents, staff and the community is key to the operation of any social housing provider but it is surprisingly difficult to do well. Kier and Swindon BC show why it is so important to invest time to set out a communication strategy. They will share their experience based on examples drawn from their response in the months that followed the Grenfell disaster and how they plan to continue in the future.
