The partnership between Mears and British Gas has been created to help landlords cost effectively address both energy efficiency and microgeneration opportunities .The workshop will cover how landlords could benefit from this new approach to partnership working.
Specifically we will cover the impact of the Green Deal, funding opportunities around microgeneration, integrating energy efficiency into an overall asset management program and how to ensure that tenants are fully involved in the whole process.
