The session will discuss best practice approaches to asset performance evaluation looking at both financial and non-financial aspects.  It will outline some of the pitfalls that landlords experience to gather robust data.  Savills will demonstrate benchmark results from work they have done with 20% of the social housing sector over the last four years and illustrate how results can be presented in a way that drives action.  Sam Evans from WM Housing Group will outline the active asset management actions they have taken based on the evidence from asset performance evaluation modelling and how this has contributed to performance improvement.
