4D Performance management - evaluating individual performance

Shortfalls in individual’s performance can happen for a number of reasons, however there are some key fundamentals that managers can put in place, and keep on the agenda, to ensure that they are getting the best from their staff on an ongoing basis. The second of Nancy’s stand alone sessions looks at the real value of effective appraisal discussions. Delegates will get practical tips & methods that can be introduced to ensure individuals are achieving the desired results. The session will look at how to re-engage staff when things start to go wrong and how to define formal processes which link into performance management. See also workshop 3d.
