On 1st July 2012 Derwent Living and Liberty Gas Group commenced their contract based upon fixed prices per property for day to day and emergency repairs and fixed prices per void. For a single fixed price per asset per year/per void, Derwent Living has a contract covering “all repairs of whatever nature however caused”.
This workshop will detail the summary contract conditions, examine the experiences of the first 6 months, and explain how a schedule of rates is being used to underpin the financial framework.
