Energy efficiency measures have helped many residents across the country lower fuel bills, however their impact on off grid properties is rather limited as they fail to address what often is the main cause for the high bills – the heating system. In this session PH Jones in partnership with Wales and West Housing Association (WWH) and Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP), share their experiences on how fuel switching and Air Source Heat Pump technologies provide a real solution for their housing stock, offering residents a long term solution to help address fuel poverty.
