4E Asbestos: what should robust ‘duty holder’ compliance look like?

HSE ‘non-compliance’ activity appears to be on the increase within the social housing sector. This seminar offers an opportunity to hear directly from the HSE's most senior asbestos inspector, together with an experienced practitioner responsible for implementing housing related compliance regimes and responding to HSE notices. This session will cover the following areas, as well as providing an opportunity to ask those HSE related questions before the issue arises:

·                   Recent trends in good practice compliance;

·                   Future changes to regulation and guidance;

·                   Common ‘pit falls’ (leading to non-compliance);

·                   Some practical examples (when it all goes wrong).
