Tav has been working in the Housing Sector for over 20 years and has been fortunate enough to work with great organisations, fantastic people, and experienced working in some interesting projects.  

This includes mobilisation of repairs and maintenance contracts, being a part of successful bid teams and implementing new systems and processes.
A highly skilled Manager in both responsive maintenance, project management and people management, and builder of strong relationships, Tav enjoys the challenge of making a difference and successful partnerships.
Tav’s roles have included, Customer Repairs Manager, Operations Manager, Operational Support Manager and Contracts Manager.  The roles have been within the Housing Sector both public and private.
