Peter is the CEO of Sysmax, a technology company focused on providing SAAS management systems with clients including PepsiCo and BP globally. He founded Allomax in 1992 specialising in Project Management and Conceptual Design as a subsidiary of Allott & Lomax (civil and construction engineering).   

Peter started his career in mining before moving in to oil and gas and was offshore near the Piper Alpha disaster where 167 people lost their lives. He has been heavily involved in Competence Assurance and Compliance Management ever since, and has advised international investors on Macondo (Deepwater Horizon) and BP.

Peter founded Sysmax in 2006 where he led the development of several successful products in the areas of Competence Assurance, Compliance & Risk Management, and Risk Based Economic Evaluation.

He is currently helping companies ensure stakeholders are protected following the Grenfell disaster, using the Sysmax systems.
