Elle is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, specialising in the assessment and development of senior leaders across a variety of organisations within the public and not-for-profit sectors.

She has in-depth experience in assessment design, leadership interventions, development planning and talent management initiatives. She helps to identify high potentials, talent and future leaders and works with them to develop their leadership capabilities in line with individual and organisational goals.

Recent clients include organisations from FMCG, Technology, Finance, Defence, Manufacturing and the Entertainment sector.

In previous roles Elle focused on identifying and building assessment and talent management solutions, with a particular interest in understanding how to better utilise technological innovations to speed up and embed learning in individuals and teams.
