Deborah Kirk is an experienced chartered architect with over 19 years’ architectural and construction industry experience; specialising in residential, student accommodation, commercial, hotel, education, healthcare, sports, and custodial work with project values ranging from £2m to in excess of £50m, across the UK.

Deborah is accredited by the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) as an expert witness and is on the Register of Experts with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Deborah has experience of preparing and assisting in the preparation of expert reports.

Deboarh holds a BSc (Hons), Architectural Studies, an MSc, Computer Aided Building Design, and LLM Construction Law.
