Wayne is a qualified building surveyor with experience at management level for both local authorities and housing associations. He was previously Director of Building Services at South Staffordshire Housing Association before becoming a consultant in 2001. Wayne has led Best Value reviews, mock inspections, organisational reviews, DLO health checks, developed Asset Management Strategies and undertaken Stock Options Studies and Maintenance & Asset Management Service Reviews.
