Rich leads the property investment section at Taunton Deane BC, responsible for delivery of an annual £8m capital programme, asbestos management & removal and mechanical & electrical cyclical maintenance, including 4,500 gas heating systems. Prior to this Rich was Head of Development at a G15 Housing Association, with responsibility for the maintenance and repair of over 2,000 new build homes.
