With responsibility for strategic and operational services across the Trust portfolio. Wayne has extensive experience gained over the last 25 years, in construction, social housing and operational management both in public and private sector. He also sits as a board member with a Cheshire RSL and chairs the NHF’s Housing, Asset Management, Maintenance and Regeneration Group (HAMMAR). Wayne also represents the sector nationally speaking on service innovation for the Chartered Institute of Housing, National Housing Federation, and various other national trade organisations.
