Felicity has been in social housing for almost ten years and brings knowledge in both strategy and transformation, including delivering large mergers, organisational change to respond to building safety regulations and consumer standards and operational improvements to damp and mould and repairs.
External factors such as regulatory changes and a challenging economy put pressure on our sector to deliver safe, secure, and sustainable homes and communities. These present an environment where it is difficult to balance delivering cost-effective services that ensure customer wellbeing and satisfaction as independent organisations. As Operational Strategy Director she is working to shape a new target operating model and has a wealth of experience in how to understand strategy and regulations and build these into delivery and action that can truly be embedded within teams.
