Starting as an Engineer in the utilities sector, Michael has worked for both contractors and clients at Senior Management level across the utilities, MOD, energy and housing sectors. 
Currently working for Network Homes as Director of Technical Services, Michael is responsible for Responsive Repairs, Voids and Allocations, Estate Services, Planned Investment (including FRA remedial works), Sustainability and Strategic Asset Management. 
Having lead various contract types and delivery models with DLO and contractors, his passion is to drive operational and commercial improvements at a senior level which benefit all parties including the end user.
