NHMF Maintenance Conference 2011

Exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities

This is a two day conference devoted to housing maintenance. It covers strategic issues and provides a focus for networking and sharing best practice.

We are expecting 300 people to attend. Most of them will have lead responsibilities in maintenance and stock re-investment in their organisations.

Exhibition

The exhibition space is in rooms linked to each other and to the main plenary room. Refreshments including teas and coffees and buffet lunch will be in the exhibition area. It is designed to make an ideal space for exhibitors and delegates to network and relax between sessions. We will not be providing shell stands, and each exhibitor is expected to ensure they do not encroach on or obscure any neighbouring stand.

Exhibitors are invited to join in any of the conference sessions but preference will be given to delegates where workshops are over-subscribed.

There will be a Conference & Exhibition catalogue describing each exhibitor, and including their contact details.

Exhibitions should be set up by 9.00 am on Tuesday 25^th January, and can be taken down after 14.15 on Wednesday 26^th January. The exhibition hall can be accessed from 17.00 on 24^th January for unloading and setting up.

Each space costs £1,900 + VAT for the two days and the package includes:

• a space 3 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep.
• lunch and refreshments for two people
• 2 places at the conference dinner on Tuesday 26^th
• a 100 word entry in the conference programme with company logo
• access to the delegate list
• table & table cloth

We are expecting bookings from repairs and maintenance contractors, suppliers and consultants.
