What are they?
NHMF offer a series of four training days to support both clients and contractors. The sessions are applicable to staff who are either currently in contract or considering running responsive repair contracts under the M3NHF Schedule of rates and its additional specialist works modules.

1 - Tendering a contract under M3NHF Schedule of Rates
Tuesday 13th March 2012 – Bath Racecourse & Conference Centre
The programme for the day will include both plenary sessions and interactive workshops to give delegates a clear understanding of the process involved. They will leave with a set of guidelines by which to tender a M3NHF Schedule of Rates contract and identify the areas of particular concern.
2 - Managing a contract under M3NHF Schedule of Rates
Tuesday 17th May 2012 – The Grand Connaught Rooms, London
The programme for the day will include both plenary sessions and interactive workshops to give delegates a clear understanding of the process involved. They will leave with a set of guidelines by which to evaluate their own contract and identify where there might be opportunities for improvement.
3 - Implementing a contract under M3NHF Schedule of Rates
Thursday 5th July 2012 – The Lowry, Manchester
The programme for the day will include both plenary sessions and interactive workshops to give delegates a clear understanding of the process involved. They will leave with a set of guidelines by which to implement their own contract.
4 - Evaluating a contract under M3NHF Schedule of Rates
November 2012 – Birmingham
The programme for the day will include both plenary sessions and interactive workshops to give delegates a clear understanding of the process involved. They will leave with a set of guidelines by which to evaluate their options for terminating a contract.
