Modern methods for managing voids

Managing void repairs can be challenging.  They are unpredictable and can be expensive. Repair works may be funded from a number of different budgets, requiring clear delegated authority. Decisions must be made rapidly to avoid unnecessary delay in re-letting the property. David will look at modern methods for dealing with void repairs.
