Andrew leads their procurement and construction team, specialising in procuring large maintenance, servicing, improvement and new build contracts and development agreements.  The team consists of 8 solicitors and an engineer plus trainees, paralegals and secretaries in addition to other relevant specialists (TUPE and leaseholder service charges) in other teams. Andrew’s team advises on all forms of contract, but they are particularly known for their expertise on the NEC forms.

Andrew wrote the National Housing Federation “Guide to the EU procurement rules” (2nd edition published 2007). He is the editor and main author of the NHF Contract Management Guide.
