The Workshop is in two parts.
Part 1 will cover the issues raised by the Audit Commission article published in Inside Housing Magazine highlighting gas servicing performance results from Short Notice Inspections. This indicated that gas servicing was the weakest performing area scoring an average 0.66 points out of 3 and in some cases poor quality of checks carried out. This can be compared to the results from over 20,000 audits and the major issue of unsafe appliances.
Part 2 will be a Question & Answer session covering the technical, procedural and legal aspects of those tricky or unusual situations that occur.
