John Fisher is a partner of Ark Consultancy. Ark provides support and advice to a wide range of housing clients on procurement, asset management, development and maintenance services as well as a wider range of project management and consultancy support services.

In 2006 Ark undertook a review of LAPN’s draft business plan (LAPN is a procurement consortium in London for 10 ALMOs).

John has since acted as Interim Managing Director to get the company fully established with an effective operational infrastructure.
