Jonathan is joint partner leading the Housing Management Department at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP. Jonathan has lectured and published articles on a wide variety of housing topics, and was co-author of the NHF Report  "Many Landlords - One Neighbourhood" primarily suggesting cost effective ways of delivering stock swaps. He has acted for many clients on leasehold and service charge issues, especially as they apply to major refurbishment projects.
