Mervyn Jones

Mervyn Jones is a Director of Savills Housing Consultancy where he leads the Portfolio Management service. He is the author of the "The rationalisation of housing association stock - a guide and toolkit" prepared for the Housing Corporation by the CiH.

He was Chief Executive of Pavilion Housing Group, a medium sized housing association operating in Hampshire and Surrey for over 10 years.

Mervyn has an MA in Public and Social Administration. He started his career in housing with the Housing Corporation and subsequently worked for New Islington and Hackney Housing Association (now Mosaic Homes) as Chief Executive.
