Nev Wells is Head of the Whitefriars Training and Development Agency’s team of Training Managers, Assessors and Business Outreach Workers. He is responsible for the funding, development, and programme delivery of construction-related social inclusion and workforce development programmes for Whitefriars Housing Group in Coventry and Solihull.

Nev is also the management consultant for Solihull Community Housing’s £750,000 investment in “Pathways”, a project delivery partnership that is generating similar employment and training opportunities for local people through housing and infrastructure investment programmes.

Prior to his role in Whitefriars, Nev was national Regeneration Manager for John Mowlem Construction plc’s training business, designing and delivering community regeneration and employment initiatives through intermediate labour market projects in Merseyside, South Yorkshire and the Midlands.
