Hilda Chagula is a Senior Consultant with Davis Langdon Management Consultancy and has worked on the National Change Agent for Housing Programme since December 2006. As an Architect, she has over 20 years construction procurement and project management experience in both the public and private sectors. Previous roles included Chief Architect with London Borough of Hackney and Head of Property and Environmental Services with Slough Council. Before joining the NCA Housing team she was in charge of Capital works Investment delivery for Barnet Homes.
