Fire Risk Assessment

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 has swept away out-dated fire prescriptive fire safety legislation and introduced a risk based approach to fire safety.  Many social housing and residential care providers are not sure what this law does and does not require. Consequently many of them are taking needless actions and waste time and money. This session aims to dispel some of these doubts to allow housing and care providers to develop cost-effective means of complying with this law.
