How to Deliver Sustainable Maintenance

This session will inform delegates about recent research and current thinking about sustainable maintenance. Alison will describe key actions associations can take to protect housing stock against climate change, and how to build sustainability into  maintenance operations. She will explain the Housing Corporation's expectations, and where associations can find further information. Clare Wilson will talk about how Sustainable Homes can help, and describe lessons from some case studies from their experience.
