This session will provide an overview of the methodologies, and consider how the theories can be applied to social housing maintenance services.  Case studies will be used to show where an approach which combines the key aspects of each philosophy has yielded impressive benefits in programme delivery, quality, cost control and customer satisfaction. Lessons learned and tips on how to apply to your own organisation will be covered.
