Christian Blackbeard

Christian Blackbeard has recently joined M3 Consultancy and has 20 years experience in Housing. He started his career as a Housing Officer and relief Rent Collector, working in many roles until becoming the Managing Director of Ocean Housing in Cornwall for seven years.  He has a degree in Housing and Development, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is the Immediate Past Chair of the South West Regional Committee of the CIH.
