Colin Farrell is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Senior Partner of Faithorn Farrell Timms, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy practice with offices around the United Kingdom.  Colin’s expertise is in social housing asset management and has provided consultancy services to leading RSLs in this area for over 15 years.  Colin is part of the core project group behind the RELISH project and in the development of the RELISH Rating.
