Jeff Henton

Refurbishment Director, Rydon Property Maintenance

Jeff has worked in the industry since 1978 and has been at Rydon since 1984, working through all site and management disciplines, he is presently Refurbishment Director.

He has considerable experience of refurbishment works both occupied and vacant across various sectors; including several stock transfers in Central London, each including the occupied refurbishment of thousands of properties, major current projects include, a large PFI scheme for the refurbishment of five occupied 22-storey tower blocks in Camden for the Local Authority and a 23 storey block in Canning Town for the London Borough of Newham.

Jeff is an independent board member at Homes for Haringey (a London based ALMO).
