Lesley Barnard is the Tenant Standards Manager covering the North of England. Lesley has contributed to the development of the new regulatory framework, leading on the standards for repairs and maintenance, health and safety, anti social behaviour and security. Prior to joining the TSA Lesley was an Audit Commission Housing Inspector. Lesley has thirteen years experience in the housing sector working in a range of roles including housing management, service improvement and performance management.
