Mark specialises in commercial, procurement and asset maintenance matters.  He regularly advises on procurement options, strategies and structures, drafting and negotiating a wide range of documents.  Mark also advises on the interrelation between procurement law (particularly the Public Contracts Regulations 2006) and governance, e.g. standing orders.  He has advised on and conducted tenders using the Negotiated, Competitive Dialogue and Restricted Procedures.
