Mathew has experience as client, contractor and consultant and was at the forefront of developing Partnering projects as a Client with unrivalled experience of delivering Asset Management projects from all perspectives.

Mathew is responsible for the strategic management of echelon and acts as lead consultant on all major projects which echelon are engaged as well as developing a unique, market-leading approach to procurement of asset management based services having procured in excess of £2bn of projects.

Mathew is also a Board Member for Hillside Housing Trust (part of the Hyde Group) and is an active member of the ‘Hydewide Residents Eye’.
