Raj Sond is a Chartered Surveyor with a commercial background who has managed large and complex programmes of work over many years.  He has worked extensively with clients in the public and private sector, and across housing, infrastructure, education and general commercial buildings engaging senior management right through to delivery teams.  He has developed procurement and contract strategies, managed the procurement processes, mobilised contracts and managed difficult change or transition, facilitating complex settlements.  He has worked with most standard forms of contract and increasingly advises on cost and performance issues faced by clients.
