Richard Brooks

Richard is an associate solicitor at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP specialising in construction and maintenance contracts and disputes.  He has advised on all types of service and maintenance contracts and the establishment of framework agreements.  He advises primarily on the NEC and JCT forms of contract.  Richard has also been involved with disputes involving term contract arrangements, insolvent contractors and in making and defending challenges under the EU Procurement Rules.
