Steve Partridge

Director of Financial Policy & Development, CIH

Steve started his career at Leicester City Council and following moves to and within Birmingham City Council, reached the post of Finance Manager with the full range of financial and accounting responsibility for revenue and capital budgets for the HRA.

Steve left Birmingham to join KPMG as an Assistant Director in their advisory practice in 1999.  This was followed by four successful years as a freelance consultant working through a range of consultancies including HQN, Butlers and KPMG.  He took up a role as director at HQN in 2005 and joined the CIH Group to lead financial policy and consultancy work in August 2009.

Steve is a leading expert in Housing Finance and is a regular speaker at national and regional conferences on housing finance issues.
